Rixos Premium Dubrovnik Hotel

The hotel facilities were amazing, with a great spa and beautiful terrace bar with spectacular views. The breakfast had a lot of delicious options, including eggs benedict and fresh pastries. The staff were very welcoming and helpful, making our stay enjoyable. The hotel had easy access to the beach and pool with free sunbeds.

The hotel is located uphill on the way back but there are plenty of taxis available if needed. It is right in the center and close to all the top attractions in the area. The Fish restaurant within the hotel is a must-try for seafood lovers. The rooms are clean with great inclusions like water, toiletries, robes, and a safe. The staff provides excellent service, ensuring guests have everything they need. The breakfast buffet is extensive and offers a variety of options. The views from the rooms are truly spectacular, allowing guests to enjoy beautiful scenery.

The prices for food and drinks at the hotel can be quite expensive, so it would be nice to have some cheaper snack and drink options available.

Everything was fantastic and loved my stay there. I was met by professional and decent staff at the lobby. The location was best possible, within easy walking distance of Beach.

The room had several issues such as no coffee pod machine, a problematic shower drain, difficult sliding glass door, worn-out towels, and a noisy refrigerator. The room door lacked an interior safety latch.

I had VERY GOOD days staying at this adults only hotel. Brilliant staff and very good service, fab location. Bed was comfy, I enjoyed it.

It is clean and spacious hotel, the staff are incredibly attentive and location so close to the old town is incredible.

The location of the hotel was perfect, just a short walk from the old town along the cliffs. We also loved the proximity to the sea, as well as the bay where the hotel was located, which protected us from the wind. The room was spacious and the bathroom was very clean. The service was excellent, with staff being very helpful and friendly. We particularly enjoyed the live streaming sports bar as well as the spa and leisure facilities.

The price was a bit high, but we feel that it was justified given the amenities and the overall experience we had during our stay.

Clean hip new accommodation with supportive staff and spectacular location down the hill. Relaxed by the pool, it was good, especially when the weather was lovely.

This hotel absolutely exceeded my expectations. the luxurious amenities offered here are truly exclusive and impressive. the service is impeccable, with friendly, attentive staff attentively catering to your every need. the Spa & Wellness center is top-notch, with a range of indulgent treatments and a serene atmosphere to unwind. the outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace offer stunning views and sun loungers to relax in style.

While my experience at this hotel was almost perfect, my only complaint is that the indoor swimming pool area could use a little bit of attention. the area lacked some of the luxurious touches of the rest of the hotel, such as stained towels and a lack of refreshments available.

We had a great city break and enjoyed our stay at a beautiful hotel. The views were fine and the proximity to the city center was a big plus. The staff was proactive and friendly, providing quick service. The bed was great and the room with a balcony had a wonderful view.

There were a few negatives that we experienced. Some of the complimentary spa facilities were closed or not working.

I recently stayed at Rixos in a beautiful location for a 5-day getaway. The hotel's stunning sea view rooms provide a private and secluded feel, yet it's just a short walk or drive to the old town. The room itself was comfortable with a great shower and bed. Despite being vegan, I was pleasantly surprised by the variety of options at breakfast, including alternative milks, bread, fruit. The beach bar had delicious food, although the service there wasn't as good. The poolside lounging experience was heavenly, with fast and attentive table service. A special mention to the exceptional staff member who catered to my needs as a pregnant guest with efficiency, humor, and warmth. The live music in the bar was a highlight of our evenings. a happy and enjoyable stay.

Friendly staff, great location and excellent breakfast. Spacious and clean accommodation, with comfortable beds and well-equipped bathrooms. The pool area is clean with plenty of sun beds. The spa zone is spacious and relaxing with limited people allowed. Nice sea view from the terrace where breakfast is served.

The sea view from our room was amazing. We were delighted to have been double-upgraded to a huge, luxurious, and comfortable room. The bed and sofa bed were both very comfortable as well. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options and the terrace had a fine view. We also enjoyed using the spa and the pool. I highly recommend Rixos!

The breakfast buffet at Rixos was amazing with a huge selection of delicious food. I especially loved the freshly-made pancakes with Nutella, they were so good! Even though the restaurant was quite busy, the staff was very attentive and friendly, making the experience even better. I highly recommend this hotel.
